My recent stay at this hotel in Milano, near the Central Station, was an experience beyond expectations. Travelling with my mother, we were greeted with exceptional hospitality that set the tone for an unforgettable visit. The hotel's proximity to the Central Station is incredibly convenient, making it a breeze to explore the city. Immaculate cleanliness and a welcoming ambience awaited us upon entering our room. The attention to detail in the room's design was evident, and the complimentary mini-bar was a delightful surprise, adding an extra touch of comfort to our stay. The Internet was great, as well. The breakfast offered a feast, featuring a diverse array of options. From delectable pastries to fresh fruits and a Nutella fountain. The restaurant and bar further elevated our stay, with complimentary Prosecco at the bar. The hotel boasts an impressive range of facilities, including a gym and a spa. What truly stood out was the provision of a shower for guests to use on the day of check-out, irrespective of when they returned to collect their luggage from the free and secure storage. This thoughtful touch added immense convenience to our travel plans. The staff at this establishment were the true gems of our experience. Warm, courteous, and ever-helpful, they went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. From the front desk to the restaurant and bar staff, their friendliness and professionalism left a lasting impression. Overall, our stay at this hotel in Milan was nothing short of spectacular. As a couple it’s our second time in Milano, Italy. Location: Perfect 9/10, The hotel is located close to the Centrale Train Station, 3-4 metro/tram stops away to the major attractions, big shopping malls and there are many good groceries, supermarkets, nice cafes & restaurants around. Bus, tram and metro stations are within very short walking distance. Check-in & out: Easy and smooth 10/10. Personnel: Overall kind and helpful 10/10 Room: Room is enough in size, furniture is of good quality, modern and comfortable. Basic toiletries including slippers are available and can be taken upon request. A/C & heating works well. Cleaning was very good. Modern WC/shower and overall high hygiene standards. The surrounding area was very silent. Even we were at fifth floor time to time you may feel very little vibrations due to metro trains. Excellent sleep quality, bed, pillow, quilt, and mattress 10/10 Plus  On daily basis, minibar items and many snacks are free!!! Common spaces: 9/10 Wi-Fi: 10/10 Security: 10/10 Breakfast: I really enjoyed it, better than many European hotels, 10/10 Overall: my experience was 10/10 and we will consider staying in this hotel again on our future trips.

Now I understand why the hotel is called IQ. Because in Milan, it’s an intelligent choice to stay at this hotel. It’s not more or less than what we need. The staff is endlessly kind (special thanks to Veronika at the reception). The hotel is very stylish, but free from excess. It is tasteful and modern. It is in a perfect location, right across from the central train station. The real surprise was the breakfast, which was incredibly diverse and plentiful. Special thanks for the freshly squeezed vegetable and fruit juices. The bar, gym, and SPA area are also excellent. Small, but very pleasant after a tiring day of sightseeing. I can only recommend the hotel.

Restaurant offers an elegant and relaxing atmosphere with an Italian based dinner menu.Breakfeast was continental,with choices for all dietary requirements.Italian dishes were dominant and we couldn't be happier. Room was spacious, with a fully stocked bar(for free).Soundproofing is not so great, but we use earplugs anyway when we travel. Overall, a comfortable stay.I would recommend this hotel.

There are lots of choices of bread and croissants; some hot food items such as bacon, red bean sauages; and milk, soy milk, and cereal and different kind of yogurts also. They even provide juicer for us to make fresh apple and celery juice. Coffee and cappuccino are very good too. The location is great. It is extremely close to the Milan central station making it very accessible. It is 4-train-stops from dumo taking the yellow line. We were able to take train to Florence from there with our 28 itches baggages.
